Definitions
- Entrepreneur: Volupta, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 96977817.
- Customer: any natural person ordering a product through our website.
- Agreement: the distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.
Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Volupta and to every agreement concluded between Volupta and the customer.
The offer
We make every effort to describe our products as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.
The agreement
The agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and receives an email confirmation.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment is made via the payment methods offered during checkout.
Delivery
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason, unless the product is not suitable for return for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken.

Liability
Volupta is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Dutch law exclusively applies to this agreement. In case of disputes, the court in the location of Volupta’s registration has jurisdiction.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) physically receive the product.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email). You may use your own wording for this.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments you have made, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; no fees will be charged for such refunds.
Return of products
You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your withdrawal. You are on time if you send back the products before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the products is at your own expense, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
